Shipments
Nari Store sends gold or diamonds via PostNL (the Netherlands and Europe) or FED EX (Europe and international). All packages are up to your front door
insured. For security reasons, a signature is required for all PostNL and FED EX shipments. We request 1 to 5 working days
directly deliverable diamonds and 10 to 15 working days to process diamonds to order. Package ‘trackers’ are sent as soon as the individual
diamond, gold or diamond jewel on the post is done.

Pickup
At Nari Store you can pick up the products by appointment after payment.

Visibility period
Nari Store is convinced of its price and quality ratio. That is why we offer a viewing period of 14 days on all our products. This warranty comes into effect
at the moment the product is delivered to your home or has been picked up by you. You must inform us via email within the viewing period of 14 days,
if you want to return the purchased products. We require a return shipment that everything is sent back in its original state and the complete contents
of the package is added. Each product purchase is accompanied by his original report and / or invoice. We require these reports and or invoices
are included in return shipments. Your account will be credited once the package has been received and examined by our specialist. The
crediting can take up to 7 working days.
